Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PrintLedger, you agree to follow our rules and policies. You must be a business owner or authorized representative to use this service.

PrintLedger is a subscription-based service. The current pricing is:

• 7-day free trial for new users.
• PKR 4,999 for the first month after trial.
• PKR 9,999 per month thereafter.

Failure to pay subscription fees may result in temporary suspension of access to your business records until the account is settled.

Your business data (invoices, customer lists, ledgers, and expense reports) belongs entirely to you. PrintLedger acts as a secure custodian of this data. You can export your data to Excel at any time.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered into the system. PrintLedger is not responsible for tax calculations, legal compliance, or business decisions made based on the data you provide.

We aim for 99.9% uptime. However, scheduled maintenance may occasionally occur. We will notify users via the dashboard or email for any significant downtime.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon termination, we recommend exporting all your business history as we may not preserve your records indefinitely after account closure.
