Is PrintLedger only for flex printing agencies?

While built with printing workflows in mind (like Sqft calculations), it works perfectly for any agency that needs detailed customer ledgers and invoice tracking.

Can I use it on multiple computers?

Yes! PrintLedger is cloud-based. You can log in from your office counter, your home laptop, or even your mobile phone simultaneously.

What is Device Activation security?

As an owner, you set an activation password in your Company Settings. You must enter this password to 'activate' any new computer or mobile device. This ensures staff cannot access your records from home or unauthorized devices.

Are my Excel data exports safe?

Absolutely. Every business history export (containing customers, expenses, analytics, and orders) is automatically password protected. You use your private console password to open these files, so they remain unreadable even if someone else downloads them.

How secure is my business data?

We use bank-level encryption and automated cloud backups to ensure your records are never lost, even if your laptop breaks or gets stolen.

Can my staff see my profit and expenses?

No. You can set up staff accounts with limited access so they can only create invoices and record payments without seeing sensitive financial reports.
